Dr. Agarwal's Health Care Limited, established in 2010, provides a wide range of eye care services, including cataract and refractive surgeries, consultations, diagnoses, non-surgical treatments, and the sale of optical products, contact lenses, accessories, and eye care medications.
As of September 30, 2024, the company had 737 doctors serving patients across its centers. During this period, it treated 2.13 million patients and performed 220,523 surgeries. In the six months leading up to September 30, 2024, the company treated 1.15 million patients and conducted 140,787 surgeries.
The company offers cataract surgeries such as small incision cataract surgery, phacoemulsification, robotic cataract surgery, and glued intraocular lens treatments. It also provides refractive surgeries to correct vision problems, including LASIK, SMILE, implantable collamer lenses, and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). Other surgical treatments include retinal procedures, corneal transplantation, oculoplasty, and surgeries for conditions like glaucoma and pterygium.
By September 30, 2024, the company operated 28 hubs (including three Centers of Excellence) and 165 spokes (53 primary and 112 secondary facilities) in India. It has a presence in 117 cities across 14 states and four union territories with a total of 193 facilities.
The company is the largest eye care services provider in India with a trusted brand, offering a full range of eye care services. Its hub-and-spoke operating model is scalable and efficient.
